Recently I made Rice Krispy Treats for the first time. My mom wanted me to make them and she sent me a recipe that I could follow. This was my first time making these and I wasn't quite sure how to do it so I became quite skeptical of the list of ingredients. Once I had come to terms with it, me and my friend who was helping me bought everything and came back to start the cooking. Cooking is not something I do often so this was challenging for me but I was able to figure it all out and get everything right for the most part. I developed lots of new skills, pouring melted marshmallows was not one of them, and I ended up creating a pretty good Rice Krispy Treat. I proceeded to decorate it with fall colors because I like to be festive, so I sprinkled the food dye in while I was still mixing, and at the end I added orange, red, and yellow sprinkles to add more excitement to the dish.
